OJM Global operates an ecommerce and logistics platform that enables customers in Nigeria to access products sourced through trusted US supplier and fulfillment networks, OJM-branded essentials, and selected Nigerian export products through a controlled sourcing and fulfillment system.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide secure ecommerce and payment services.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

3. Product Origin, Supplier & Manufacturing Disclosure
OJM Global operates “Shop America” by sourcing products through trusted US-based vendors, distributors, fulfillment partners, and supplier networks.
Many products available on our platform are supplied, warehoused, consolidated, processed, or distributed through the United States, even where the original manufacturing country may differ.
As part of modern global commerce, products sold through US suppliers may be manufactured or assembled in various international regions including, but not limited to, China, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, Mexico, South Korea, Europe, and other international manufacturing regions.
OJM Global does not guarantee that all products listed on the platform are manufactured exclusively within the United States unless expressly stated on the product page.
Product origin, manufacturer details, specifications, certifications, and country-of-origin information are based on data provided by suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners.
Customers acknowledge and accept that:
- products may be manufactured internationally while being sourced, supplied, processed, warehoused, consolidated, or distributed through trusted US-based supplier and fulfillment networks
- products sold through Shop America are shipped through US-based supplier, warehouse, or fulfillment networks even where the original manufacturing country differs
- fulfillment, consolidation, or shipment processing may occur through different approved supplier or warehouse facilities within the supplier network
- packaging, branding, labeling, inserts, or country-of-origin markings may vary depending on supplier arrangements, manufacturing batches, or product updates
- product images displayed on the platform are provided for illustrative purposes and may occasionally differ slightly from the final packaging, labeling, presentation, or manufacturer updates received by the customer
OJM Global remains committed to sourcing quality products through verified US supplier networks while maintaining transparency across our platform.
By purchasing through our product catalogue, customers acknowledge and accept these global sourcing and fulfillment standards.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order on OJM Global does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.
Orders are only confirmed after:
- successful payment verification
- stock confirmation
- internal review and processing
We reserve the right to:
- cancel or decline orders
- limit quantities purchased
- request additional verification where necessary

OJM Global shall not be responsible for delays, seizures, rejections, confiscations, fines, losses, or additional charges arising from prohibited, restricted, regulated, or non-compliant items under applicable import, customs, or regulatory laws.
